PhOSCo New Subscribers
We don't expect or request anybody to send us money. Please don't feel that you're under any pressure at all.
You should only do so if you've gained any benefit from it and want to contribute towards continuing development.
We will continue whether you support us or not. If you do contribute, we might be able to do more.
Commercial users must pay for their licences. There's no need for them to become subscribers.
Service Providers should subscribe via the General Licence; the type of subscription described on this page is for individuals and non-profit users only, not commercial service providers.
Non-profit users can continue to get all PhOSCo materials without becoming subscribers. They just won't get the current release of Restricted Materials - they will get the next most current. The typical delay between releases is around three to six months, depending on developments at the time, so that's the sort of delay non-subscribers will see.
If you want to support PhOSCo development or make a contribution towards our expenses supporting academic and non-profit organisations but don't want to subscribe, you can make a donation of any amount you choose, either by post or online by PayPal:
The form below allows you to enter all the information necessary to subscribe to the Pharma Open Source Community (PhOSCo).
By pressing the "Press here to submit Subscription Request" button at the bottom of this form you confirm that you have read the PhOSCo General Licence and that you agree to be bound by its terms.
Once you do so, you will be directed to a page which will allow you to choose and pay for your subscription level (£35 Individual, £100 Base level, £250 Premier, £500 Sponsor).
For non-profit users, subscription is a fast-path licence application; subscribers do not have to fill in the PhOSCo Licence Document and send paper copies to us. The electronic submission below is an equivalent acceptance of the terms of the PhOSCo General Licence. Non-subscribers must continue to send paper copies.
Please note that for legal reasons, PhOSCo is not licenceable or distributable in the USA or anywhere where "software patents" form a part of intellectual property law.
Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
A PDF version of this document which you may copy and print is included in the PhOSCo General Licence Application (click here). This document also includes the "Exhibit B-1" and "Exhibit B-2" referred to in the General Licence, and definitions of terms used in the Licence.
